Malay weddings in Singapore
I spent a majority of my time using 3 point lighting when i did matrimonial photography way back in the mid 2000s till mid 2010s. To be fair, these tips are universal and not specifically targetted to Malay bridal photography lighting setups only.
I just liked how it made the subject stand out from the background. Especially useful when in situations of the actual wedding where there isnt enough time to take the bride and groom away to a nicer looking section of the ceremony.
Tricky to set up alone
Sure, it was quite tricky and cumbersome to set up when you’re shooting alone, but to me, the final result is worth it.
